Welcome to Beloved Yoga: A Sanctuary for All! Our new 6,000 sq. ft. space has four studios, three well-being rooms and a Lounge for community talks and events. We are located at 11109 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190, across the street from the Reston Post Office. Beloved Yoga was founded in 2006 to provide a welcoming place where people of all levels can come practice yoga with reverence, integrity, and accessibility for all. We look forward to having you see our new Sanctuary and be a part of our Sangha community!
