Horrible keeping their appointments (they know it) and wasting your time. I arrived about 5 minutes early for an appointment and after waiting another 15-20 more minutes I finally walked out....

I usually dont give reviews. I would not recomend for people with ethic hair. We went to try them a few months back and they had no idea what to do with my daughters naturally curly hair (mixed)....
