So caring and accommodating we asked where to get gas and they literally gave us a five gallon tank. Fees are about half and if you are late no problem .

We were day guests. Very friendly host. Easy location only couple blocks to beach. Dont miss out on Lighthouse restaurant next door, awesome food for the price.

Easily 5 stars. Everything from the cleanliness of the facilities, to the location (easy walk to the center of Colonial Beach), to the club house and the attached restaurant. All 5 star worthy....
