Bay Youth Orchestras of Virginia, based in Norfolk, VA, is a leading youth orchestra program in Hampton Roads offering six levels of ensemble training to over 350 young musicians. With a mission to provide the highest level of symphonic ensemble training and performance opportunities, BYOV aims to nurture musical growth, celebrate collaboration and diversity, inspire creative expression, engage with the community, and promote a lifelong passion for music.

As a 501C 3 non-profit organization, BYOV receives funding from various arts commissions and organizations to support its vision of creating a dynamic and enriching space where young musicians from diverse backgrounds come together to explore and expand their passion for classical music.
