They ALWAYS get the order wrong here. We order on DoorDash for pickup and EVERY time they give us the wrong order. Customer service is terrible, the employees don't really care or they don't pay...

Got here around 8:45/8:50pm when they close at 10pm to get a milkshake and the teenager working said that they already cleaned their blenders for the night and refused to make any milkshakes...

10pm closing really means 9:45. Doors were still unlocked but they refused to serve us.

Great location! Combined with a Dunkin so you can get a donut with your ice cream. Never had a bad experience here!
