I went in to get foreign currency and they pulled me to the side and offered me a credit card -- which I was approved for-- only for me to leave and find out the same card gave a 10,000 point...

Terrible. This used to be my bank but I moved and am just visiting the area. Maybe I forgot how bad the service is or maybe I just got a rude rep. Either way, the teller with the short hair sucks....
