Sentara Village of Virginia Beach Residents have access to both an enclosed outside courtyard and an extensive walking path that winds throughout the surrounding wooded grounds. Three healthy, home-cooked meals are provided each day. Our 86-unit assisted living center has served our community for more than 20 years.

Sentara PACE - Churchland, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly is located in the Churchland area of Portsmouth. The facility serves the Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Suffolk communities. This program is a comprehensive health care and supportive services program for frail seniors who wish to remain in their homes and community. It is an alternative to nursing facility eligible individuals, but who would prefer to remain at home with services coordinated by Sentara PACE. This facility located at Churchland Shopping Center in Portsmouth provides transportation, meals, medical care and socialization for seniors living with their families, who qualify for nursing facility level of care.

The Riverside Convalescent Center Smithfield offers physical, speech and occupational therapies. It provides respite and hospice care services. The center features private and semiprivate rooms. The Riverside Convalescent Center Smithfield can accommodate more than 90 residents. The center offers long-term and skilled care services. It provides nursing and rehabilitative solutions. The Riverside Convalescent Center Smithfield offers a range of recreational activities. The center conducts several local outings. It serves individuals in Wight County in Virginia. The Riverside Convalescent Center Smithfield s rooms feature wood furniture and artwork. The center also includes landscaped grounds. It is operated by the Riverside Health System.
