They always have fresh pretzels. Great customer service. I wouldn't order the hotdog items, because I saw them just sitting out, not refrigerated.

It's hard to not love Auntie Anne's, it's always super clean, the pretzels and other noms are piping hot and there's always a bit of a line too which has got to mean they are doing something right...
