The Harrisonburg's locations boss is extremely disrespectful towards it's staff. He's makes rude and crude comments. He won't train you but expects a perfect performance. Since you aren't up to...

Great food but the employees are rude and rush you along. The manager is rude too and acts like serving the customers is a nuisance. I understand being busy, but the customer shouldn't feel bad...

Thursday May 25th between 3pm and 4pm: We visited Auntie Anne's pretzel at the Valley Mall. We used to like going there because the people were great but not this time. We are not going back...

Yum! Yum! Yum! The sour cream and onion pretzel is my favorite. The smell lingers through the mall and you can't just walk past without buying one! So good! And employees are friendly!
