Just switched from T Mobile to AT&T and went to this store Dulles 28, waited for 1 hour (Me and My 2 small daughters) just for them to send us out without taking care of our case, Not kids...

Anytime I walk in, only two people working and 6 people waiting. Always an hour or two wait stay away
