Took my tips off with their own nails, left my nails uneven and still with dip on them. Also cut me and dipped my bloody finger in the cuticle oil that he then used on me and put back

Critical bad quality... I dont normally get my nails done. I asked for matte red and black nails. My nails look like a child did them. He filed my nails so rough it cut one. Left the powder stuff...
