Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Place couldn't follow directions if it was written on a billboard sign. 3 times on 3 separate occasions have asked for Arby's sauce. Still can't be bothered to give it or add it to the bag.... Smh

Everything was average from the service to the food. We went through the drive thru & the order taker didn't sound happy. She just sounded like she wanted to go home & that we were bothering her....

Apparently all locations now accept mobile coupons. Glad to see they finally upgraded to the 21st century. Restaurant interior is nice, service could be better but it's fast food so I don't go in...

Food is great and so are the managers so I try to keep an open mind and so I went again and where is my chocolate drizzle??
