This is the second Arby's restaurant in Harrisonburg. Same good roast beef and the staff is very courteous like the rest of this wonderful City. Updated dining area is a plus. No televisions...

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Is anyone home? Went to pick up online order and they stood there looking at my like I have 3 heads. They didn't know what to do. Then the manager said I was rude and started making excuses...

Update: The manager called me the next day and was extremely professional and courteous. He offered to replace my meal at my next visit. I did, there were no issues and the food tasted much better!

Don't waste your time here. Every time I have ordered chicken it is either undercooked or overcooked. Extremely long wait times which is understandable but the very rude employees and staff make...
