Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Customer service, Darcy specifically, is trash. Very rude and more preoccupied with a FaceTime call, than your customers. This Arbys used to have friendly faces, clearly times have changed.

Food tasted good but they were understaffed and the bathrooms were unusable because they were so gross. There was pee all over the floor of the stall and on the toilet seat cover... ewww gross!
