Lady was a bit rude/ rushing, but my nails look good so I can't complain. They accept walk-ins, but I think they prefer appointments.

Very poor customer service. Wanted to treat Mom And myself to mani-pedi. When I came in the first thing I said was I would like a nice firm foot massage when my pedi is done. That did not happen....
