I have last of trouble getting them to answer the phone. I have tried several times to ask questions but only once did anyone answer, I have a couple of important questions.

Slow service... 10/9, we started TRYING to get a cpap.. as of 11/13, still nothing. Have a loaner, but that is not good enough... Need one that he (husband) can take with him and not worry about...
