Arrived 9 minutes before departure rushing to the gate and was told that under no condition would they let passengers on the plane after 10 minutes past departure. Merry Christmas

Let's be honest, I book my flights based on price. If cost is comparable, I'm flying Southwest. My flights were on time. The attendants were servicable. I would definitely fly with them again.
