MAT treatment includes methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to help men and women end their dependence on opioids, heroin, synthetic opioids like fentanyl, and prescription painkillers oxycodone (OxyContin), hydrocodone (Vicodin), codeine, and morphine. We offer patients custom treatment plans based on a clinical evaluation. Personalized treatment plans include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Stages of Change, 12-step meetings, individual counseling, and group therapy.
