Owned a place here since 2012. Great high rise place. It's kinda cool that it is conjoined with the Hilton Hotel. The first 7 floors are Hilton, 9th floor and up are Alta Vista Properties....

The building is well-located, includes 24-hour front desk, and is RIGHT ON TOP of the Metro station. Clean, great lounge space, huge storage lockers, parking ... everything but a pool.
