The customer service is very poor. They never answer the phone, never return phone calls and have no office decorum. I will not continue doing business with Allstate at Veronica Howards office.

In my opinion I was treated very badly after many years of no claims and perfect driving and payment record. My recommendation is to not do business with Ms. Howard or Allstate
