Awful customer service and they were a no show for an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and confirmed the night before. Plus they are exceptionally high...at least $50 more than shops that...

HORRIBLE BRAIDING EXPERIENCE! I wish there was an option for negative stars. Where do I start? My gf and I had an appointment for 3:00pm. By the time I actually got into the chair it was 4:30pm....
