This building continues to have plumbing issues, electrical issues, and other "maintenance" shut downs. This building had a huge plumbing problem where apartments were flooded. Thinking this...

Water Damage, leaking across the apartment with no way to get out of my lease. I am paying for constantly being inconvenienced to live here. Highly recommend to avoid here at ALL cost.

DO NOT MOVE TO ADAIRE!!! Trust me you will regret it, I've never had a residence take a toll on me mentally as this has. I recommend you stay away from Grey Star managed properties in general....
