Stopped by here on the way out of Culpeper. Their restroom doesn't really look like a public one - I had to walk through their back room to get there. But no matter, a restroom was what we needed...

"No offense to this outlet, but I'll never again stop at a 7-11 In Culpeper... Freaking sales tax, meal tax, city tax added up to almost 20% on my purchase. aND the taquitos were cold"
