The Snapple tea from the soda fountain was watered down. It was not at all like tea I got at several other 7-11s, several over the past month.

Some old chunky lady didn't want to sell me alcohol. Just said they don't sell alcohol after midnight but other places do? Crazy. She seemed like she hated her job and was bored of being there....

The two female staff members in the morning are rude and abrasive. The coffee machines are always "down", "missing materials", or "being cleaned." They wait to trigger the cleaning until the peak...

Well, it's a 7-Eleven! I don't really know what else to say. This location is just a convenient store, not a gas station.
