Dr. Joshua Kim is a native of Virginia, born and raised in the Richmond area. He received his undergraduate training at Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Mathematics. Dr. Kim went on to receive his Doctorate at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Following graduation, he went on to complete his surgical training at Bryn Mawr Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident during his third year of Residency. Dr. Kim has extensive training in Sports Medicine injuries, Infectious Diseases, Diabetic Limb Salvage, Arthroscopy, and Traumatology.

Dr. Ashmi Shah grew up in Virginia Beach and has spent most of her life in Virginia. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor's in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She earned her doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She did an intensive three-year surgical residency at Roxborough Memorial Hospital located in Philadelphia, PA, which trained her in both forefoot and rearfoot surgeries including tendon injuries, bunion and hammertoe correction, soft tissue pathology and more.
