Wonderful neighbor bar, a great gift by VTS to the community. Very nice vibes, indoor/outdoor seating, basic bar food, unbeatable prices (esp for Alexandria)

Join us for great food, fellowship, and fun at our on-campus pub! Named in honor of VTS' founding year, 1823 offers a variety of delicious dishes, including wings, nachos, salads, burgers, and desserts, along with a selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. 1823 also hosts special events featuring live music, sports/game nights, and trivia competitions.

Affordable, simple food. Wonderful ambiance in the cloister. Best to call ahead to confirm hours and menu.

Food was no good. Burgers way over cooked, part of our order was wrong, good service, but overpriced for what you get. Could barely find the restaurant from the street, dated and unpleasing decor....
