William E. Dailey Precast, a wholly owned subsidiary of Peckham Industries, has produced traditional precast products since the early 1960s. Peckham is a road construction and maintenance company that provides liquid asphalt, hot mix asphalt, crushed stone, liquid calcium chloride and road construction services. The precast division is operated out of a 45,000-square-foot facility specifically designed to provide a controlled climate and environment for the manufacture of precast/prestressed concrete products. Dailey s precast plant is certified by the State Department of Transportation offices in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont. The Shaftsbury, Vt., company is also a certified precast/prestressed concrete institute producer.
