Located inside a classic Vermont Barn, the Vermont Salt Cave spa is a man-made replica of an underground healing Polish salt cave with 20,000 lbs of salt boulders on the walls, 4000 lbs of salt crystals on the floor, and lit with 52 salt lamps to create a saturated negative ion environment. Pharmaceutical grade salt is crushed into microscopic particles and pushed into the air to help cleanse and open bronchial passages whilst clients de-stress in the zero gravity chairs. There is also a hand and foot detox which is great for muscle and joint aches and pains plus the salt cave offers infra-red/magnetic therapy, many types of massage including a CBD Massage, as well as the new Amino-Neuro Frequency Therapy from Denmark.

It was the most relaxing experience I've had in years. My friends and I visited the salt cave and enjoyed a foot soak. We will definitely return. I highly recommend the Vermont Salt Cave Spa.
