This is the sort of company that lives on its reputation ( or Vermont the state?), but is no longer to be trusted for your home, at least since 2009 where I had copper gutters...

Ask them to repair a leaky porch roof, cost over $300, 2 days later the same leak occurred. Their solution was that the roof needed a complete replacement and they would deduct the first amount...
