After 7 years at the Summer Farmer's Markets, I finally opened a shop to serve my customers year round. I found an excellent location right on Main street in Chester, Vermont, right before the turn to get to Okemo Mountain making it a convenient stop for all.
Specialties
Over stuffed Italian Cannoli made with hand-dipped, homemade ricotta in small batches with local Vermont dairy. Cannoli, as well as Cannoli Chips & Cream and Cannoli Kits are available in three varieties: traditional with chips or pistachio, almond, and Vermont maple walnut, made with local maple syrup. Also popular are our home made Pignoli cookies and Cream Puffs. Real Italian espresso, cappuccino, coffee and tea are also popular.
