The Vermont Principals' Association is the organization in VT for school leaders. We aim to support both leaders and learners. In addition to providing high quality professional development, we also are proud of our history as the long-standing student athletic and activity organization in Vermont.

The league responds to telephone inquiries from municipal officials and maintains a clearinghouse of model ordinances and bylaws. In addition, the Vermont League of Cities and Towns publishes handbooks and informational posters. It provides advocacy services and represents municipal interests in Congress and federal agencies through its membership in the National League of Cities. The league organizes town fairs that attract more than 500 attendees annually.

The Vermont Humanities Council in Montpelier, VT is a non-profit organization that uses the humanities to connect with people across Vermont, creating just, vibrant, and resilient communities and inspiring a lifelong love of learning. With a mission to foster a deeper understanding of ourselves and our world through the exploration of literature, history, philosophy, and other humanities disciplines, the Council offers a wide range of programs and events, including reading and discussion events, speakers bureau events, Vermont Reads events, and veterans book groups.
