The University of Vermont Medical Center’s 1 South Prospect Street location in downtown Burlington offers convenient access to a wide range of services and departments, including adult primary care, breast imaging, neurology, nephrology, pediatric primary care, psychiatric services, the Sleep Program, transplant surgery, the Vermont Center on Children, Youth and Families, and more. This location is also home to a UVM Medical Center pharmacy and lab services.

We offer a wide range of support, including: Options Counseling, Abortion Information, Pregnancy and STD Testing, Ultrasounds to determine gestational age, Prenatal and Parenting Support, Adoption Information, Fatherhood Programs, Healthy Relationship Mentoring, Post-Abortion Counseling.
