No one ever answers the phone and limited hours. If an independent business ran like this, it would be out of business in days. No surprise the usps in 100's of millions of dollars in debt!

Two addresses, 1 box, locks getting changed after each person complains about the key not working. Only one getting mail, the one not assigned the box. So where is the other person's mail?

You cannot even get them to answer the telephones on Pine Street Burlington Vermont. Many complaints filed with the State of Maine who is the regional office for Vermont. They themselves cannot...
