Sweet Lilac Deli at the Upper Valley Food Cooperative

I loved this place and wish we had something back home like this. They had a huge natural supplement section. The prices were less than back home but I didn't have room in my suitcase.

This place is much smaller than other co-ops I have been in and there's no hot food bar but the staff are friendly and there's good options for local dairy products!
