Since 2015, they have been brewing beer in a converted sheep barn on a small farm in Tunbridge, VT using a single barrel brew system. Their dedication to cultivating a variety of hops and culturing their own yeasts has been integral to their creative growth and maintaining a unique style.

After their first official batch was sold at the Tunbridge World Fair, Upper Pass Beer Company expanded, with their beers being available at select establishments. They began contract brewing at von Trapp Brewery in Stowe in 2016, distributing their batches in kegs, bottles, and cans. Currently, they collaborate with Baker Distributing to maximize exposure in Vermont.

Among their core beers are the First Drop, a favorite style with citrusy hops and a bready malt flavor profile, Cloud Drop Double Time, a Double IPA with intense citrus and pine hop character, and Cashmere Hoodie, an easy-sipping beer with berry and citrus hop notes.
