Champlain Bank Corporation is the holding company of Champlain National Bank, which has a long history of offering financial services to New York s Essex and Clinton counties. The bank itself was formed in 1959 as the result of the merger between Lake Champlain National Bank in Westport, N.Y., and Essex County National Bank in Willsboro, N.Y.
