A locally owned, full service, air conditioned facility open seven days a week. Features a wide variety of Cybex weight machines, free weights, arc trainers, treadmills, rowing machines, recumbent bikes, indoor cycling bikes, TRX suspension equipment and more. We offer over 30 classes in our spacious group fitness room. Day passes available for those visiting the Manchester area.

I went to this gym while on vacation in Manchester. They have a friendly staff and all the equipment needed to get your reps in while you're away from home.
