I have worked with many different breeds and types of dogs including wolf dogs (wolf-hybrids), pit bulls and other bully breeds, working line German Shepherd Dogs, Belgian Malinois, Akitas, Norwegian Elkhounds, boxers, Newfoundlands, Poodles, Pomeranians, Weimeraner, livestock guarding dogs. I have expertise in dealing with all common behavioral problems like jumping up, leash pulling and not coming when called. I also have expertise dealing with dogs with severe dog aggression, aggression against humans including dogs with bite histories, and dogs who chase livestock or have killed livestock or other animals. I have helped dogs with separation anxiety and resource guarding as well. I offer balanced dog training which consists of positive reinforcement, shaping and behavior chaining but I am also skilled at using remote collars (E-Collar) and prong collars when the need arises. I am proud to be the president of the Pyremont Foundation, Inc., which is dedicated to providing Medical Service Dogs for women who are disabled by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am excited to say that we are working on expanding the business to include in-home dog boarding and dog daycare.
