This one hasn't been open the last 2x I've been to Target in the morning. I've been told they don't open their Starbucks until 12:30.

Extremely disappointing. I watched the barista spill all over my cup and not wipe it up, handing me a mess. I ordered a cold brew and received a cup of milk with 1/4 coffee, will not be returning .
