Splash is Burlington's waterfront eatery. Located right on Lake Champlain, Splash offers a casual dining experience on the dock, on-site catering and snack bar. No reservations, but you can get in line remotely on the Yelp app. Splash OPERATES SEASONALLY May-October, and is WEATHER DEPENDENT. They were listed as being open ... we got there and they were closed. It looked like a permanent closure. Cannot rate a restaurant without actually dining there. Would have been nice to have...

Closes in 17 minutes....but not seating new customers. It's 7:40 pm on the last beautiful evening of summer in Vermont. So disappointed.
