Sotto Enoteca, an intimate and sophisticated wine bar guided by the single Italian philosophy that wine is to be enjoyed with food. Serving an extensive selection of Italian wines from the old and new world, organic, biodynamic and farmer-made; additionally serving local beer and creative Italian inspired cocktails with a signature barrel aged Negroni. The food is an extension of Trattoria Delia's kitchen from small salumi plates to larger hand made pastas.
