Rustic Roots a is chef-owned full service restaurant and features made-from-scratch breakfast and lunch, as well as early weekend dinners by reservation. We are located on the village green in the heart of Shelburne Village. For brunch: we are on a first-come, first served basis for groups smaller than 4. For groups of 4-7, reservations are recommended. We typically can not accommodate groups of 8 or more without making special arrangements in advance. During peak hours a wait should be expected. For dinner: we offer a single-seating early dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings only. Reservations strongly recommended for groups of all sizes- please call in advance! Private dining: please be aware that at times we do book hold private events in the evening. Any dates which conflict with our regular business hours will be posted to our website in advance.

Another Vermont gem. The staff was extremely friendly. The place is cute and quaint. If the weather is nice, I suggest sitting out on the patio. We chose poorly and ate inside, which is nice,...

Everyone was really nice and the food was delicious! Very earth toned and homey/antiquey environment. It is a little pricey for what you get but otherwise a good spot.

Smoked turkey with cheese and bacon was tasty. Home fries crispy and well seasoned. Falafel Benedict was interesting twist on familiar dish - creamy and delicious.
