Founded in 1885, Rock of Ages Corporation is an integrated granite quarrier, manufacturer and retailer. The company s principal products are granite memorials, which are used primarily in cemeteries. The company owns and operates several active quarry properties and manufacturing and sawing facilities in Vermont and the province of Quebec. The company markets and distributes its memorials on a retail basis through more than 80 company-owned retail sales outlets. It also sells memorials on a wholesale basis to more than 70 independent, authorized retailers. The company markets its memorials under four separate lines, including Rock of Ages Signature, Rock of Ages Select, Rock of Ages Deluxe and Rock of Ages Classic. Rock of Ages is headquartered in Graniteville, Vt.
