Retreat Farm isn’t your typical farm. Instead of growing vegetables, we’re growing a community of people who care about the land and each other. Just outside of downtown Brattleboro, Retreat Farm has 10-miles of trails and open waters to explore, animals on pasture ready to greet you, Forest Playground and Storybook Walk, and weekly activities like live music, story time, and farm tours. While you're here, sample award-winning cheese from artisanal cheesemakers, maple syrup, craft beverages, and more in our Retreat Farm Market where you'll find everything you need to remember your special time in Vermont. The Thirsty Goat Bar, located in our new, beautifully renovated North Barn, serves Vermont craft beer, wine, cider and nonalcoholic beverages. Retreat Farm grounds are open from dawn to dusk every day. Retreat Farm Market is open daily, 10am-6pm and the North Barn and Thirsty Goat Bar is open 12-8pm Thursday-Saturday and 12-6pm on Sundays.
