The absolute best bakery in Vermont! I love their challah dogs and their ham and cheese croissants! In addition, they make the best quiche this side of the Canadian border.

Best bakery in town, their danishes, and patties are superb. I'm totally obsessed with the pumpkin danish. Amazingly sweet staff and great service!

By far the best bakery in VT!!! The orange cardamom croissant is amazing! I drive 45 minutes to get these every week! Plus, the owner/baker and staff are so friendly!

Excellent selection, service. The quiche is amazing and the RHS attachment to Catalyst Coffee checks off all breakfast (or brunch or lunch) boxes!!
