Packard has been servicing my vehicles (Volvo, Toyota, VW, Ford) for many years. They are always helpful, reasonable, and never do work you don't need. I trust John, Zach, and Margo completely.

Packard of Vermont is located in New Haven, Vermont and has been in business for over 45 years. Amos L. Roleau III grew up in New Haven, Vermont and always loved working on cars, especially Packards. In 1965 he converted the family cow barn into a two bay garage to pursue his passion. He started his business specializing in VW bugs and buses and in the late 70's when the Bug era started to die, he turned to Volvo's. Since then, he has specialized on one of the most popular Northeast vehicles on the road today. In 2007 Amos retired, but before he left he built a brand new, state of the art, 3000 sq. ft. shop. His youngest son John, brother Bill, and mechanics Josh and Zak are carrying on the tradition of hard work. We hope to see you soon!!

I only took my car here a couple of times (because it only needed to be serviced a couple of times when in Vermont - not because I took it anywhere else while in VT), and was completely satisfied...

I have been to Packard a few times and each was a good experience. I bought my Volvo there and have had very few problems. John is always pleasant and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!

These guys have gone above and beyond for me- for 25 years-- great service, bought 2 great 240's from them. I won't take my car anywhere else, period.
