Mogul Marketing was founded in 1995 by Cynthia Herrmann and Raymond Herrmann. Mogul Marketing is small by design ; you always work with a principal. We do extremely high quality work for demanding clients. Expect value, humor and professionalism. Cindy and Ray Herrmann both went to Pratt Institute, with more technical degrees than you might expect ; Ray has a B Architecture, and Cindy has a BS in Mathematics and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from NYU. Ray Herrmann has over 20 years experience in photography and design - and a few years as # 2 at a manufacturer. His experience running small businesses, and healthy concerns about risk, are invaluable for our clients as they plan new businesses or business expansion. Ray has shot pictures for many Fortune 500 companies, including Mobil Oil, Merrill Lynch and IBM. He does amazing things with light, and is particularly good on location. Back at our office, he does magical things with images in Photoshop. Cindy Herrmann spent 20 years on Wall Street in systems, marketing and trading, working for McGraw-Hill / Standard & Poor's, Merrill Lynch, Price Waterhouse, Morgan Stanley and First Albany. Her experience in strategic planning, product development and managing large global systems implementations helps our clients think broadly, and plan realistic schedules. Now Cindy helps clients develop strategy ; she is great at taking on their personality, writing copy that reflects their aims, clearly and simply. Her design is also simple, clean and effective, in the Swiss style. She really likes to work in Flash creating animations and working with video. "It really lets you be very creative."
