Little Place Guest House

Little Place - your own little place in town. Each of the two guest apartments (Little Place 1 and 2) is an urban pied-à-terre with everything you need to make yourself at home away from home. A modern addition to an 1867 house, Little Place 2 overlooks the large backyard from the second-floor deck. From the Little Place 1 deck, you can watch the comings and goings on the street as people gather at the neighborhood cafe, Barrio Bakery, two doors away. The Little Place 1 deck can also be accessed from Little Place 2 if two couples are traveling together - meet for cocktails in the middle! Both apartments have: private entrance, queen bed, equipped kitchen, bath with shower (no tub), off-street parking, WiFi, AC, hairdryer, couch clicks flat for a third guest. Ironing board and iron available. Coffee, tea, milk, juice, organic granola provided. Smoke-free. It's about a 10-minute walk to downtown, half a block from an Asian Market with fresh produce as well as great takeout, and there's a convenience store across the street. Walking distance to the waterfront and bike paths, the University of Vermont, and Fletcher Allen Hospital. 45-minute drive to Stowe.
