Been to this KFC a couple times since they reopened after a remodel a few years ago and every visit has been bad for one reason or another. I only went there tonight because the broiler was down...

Thought I'd try it just once. Ordered online, or thought I did. Turned out it didn't go through. My mistake. Counter person looked for my order then said "nope" and moved on to another customer....
