Best dumpling in Vermont! I wish Hongs was open for regular hours as I often miss the days it's open. I love the food!!

This was an interesting eat, and I don't mean eclectic. The dumplings interesting, heck yea! Not your total l typical dumpling, not your typical filling. The fried rice was a little lackluster....

Friendly service. Quaint little hole in the wall. Would definitely eat here again. Had the pork fried rice combo with four pork dumplings. More than I could eat in one sitting.

And here's where fell out of ketosis. Total carb fest but I went into the restaurant knowingly so it's no one's fault but mine. Oh, but it was such delicious, delicious fault. I picked this spot...

Scallion pancakes were the favorite here. The dumplings were good, but be prepared for very doughy, oily dumplings... this is a heavy meal. Pretty small place. Plan to take out or not have more...
